About Teresa Dennis:
Teresa Dennis is the state director for US Senator Bob Casey. It is the office’s top position in Pennsylvania. As state director, Teresa oversees and manages the work of Senator Casey’s 27 staff members in seven regional offices who work on behalf of Pennsylvanians.
Teresa has served as a senior member of Senator Casey’s office since his election in 2006. She spent nearly 11 years as Senator Casey’s deputy director of constituent services and director of constituent services. Prior to her work in the federal government, Teresa served in state government for 17 years. Her first work began with Governor Robert P. Casey in his Office of Executive Secretariat. When Senator Casey was elected in 1996 as Pennsylvania’s Auditor General, she continued her state service in his administration. In 2004, Senator Casey was elected as Pennsylvania’s treasurer, and she worked in his front office.

The lunches are small by design and include both MPA and EMPA students, allowing them to gain insight and learn valuable lessons on public sector leadership.
