Fels Institute of Government welcomed Sulaiman W. Rahman to the Racial Equity and Social Justice conversation series on Thursday, November 30, 2023. Mr. Rahman is a visionary leader and CEO at DiverseForce, a human capital solutions firm specializing in helping organizations recruit, retain, engage, and develop top, diverse talent.
In a conversation moderated by Fels Distinguished Fellow Matt Stitt ’12, Mr. Rahman discussed his experiences founding DiverseForce, building BBEx Network, and launching P4 Hub in Germantown—all geared toward fostering diverse talent and building equitable pathways to leadership. As of this fall, DiverseForce On Boards has yielded 284 alumni and led to 270 board placements, effectively diversifying nonprofit boards across the region.
