Obscured “From Words to Weapons: Supporting Survivors of Violence” podcast episode release

On February 16, 2024, Fels hosted a panel discussion on supporting survivors of violence with a live podcast taping of Obscured, a podcast produced by Kouvenda Media. The episode “From Words to Weapons Episode 13: Supporting Survivors of Violence” is now available to stream on the Kouvenda website and all major streaming platforms.

The panelists include Adara Combs, victim advocate for the City of Philadelphia; Jahlee Hatchett, attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin and chair of the Citizens Police Oversight Commission (CPOC) in Philadelphia; and Maija Anderson, chair of the Department of Nursing at Morgan State University as well as a forensic nurse and sexual assault nurse examiner. The conversation was moderated by Natasha Danielá de Lima McGlynn ‘20, executive director of the Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia, and hosted by the Women of Fels.
